Most commercial shampoos, conditioners, and hair treatments promise to solve all of your hair problems but they are often expensive and filled with hundreds of chemicals, sulfates, and parabens. They create the illusion of silky, shiny hair but in the long run, just add to the damage.
Most of these products also strip the natural oils from your hair and dry out your scalp. No thanks!

This rinse is so so so good for your hair. It features two ingredients that feed nutrition into your hair and scalp. The more I use it, the more I notice how shiny, silky and healthy my hair is. My scalp also feels refreshed and flake-free.
The star ingredient of course is rosemary. Rosemary smells so herbaceous and fresh. It’s been around forever in the Mediterranean and is believed that Mediterranean women used rosemary in different preparations for their long, gorgeous hair.
I’ve combined this rinse with raw apple cider vinegar because AVC is where it’s at for shiny, silky hair! You need AVC in your haircare routine as of yesterday!
Note: make sure to use unfiltered, raw apple cider vinegar that contains the mother culture like this one! Very important.

Wash your hair with your regular shampoo as usual. Squeeze out the excess water from your hair. Squeeze or spray the rinse all over your hair focusing on the roots and scalp section by section. Leave the mixture in your hair for about 15 mins or longer. You can shave or do a body scrub while you wait.
Tip: Try using a squeeze bottle like this one for easy pouring.
I recommend that you use this hair rinse 1-3 times a week depending on how much time you have to work it into your routine.
