Close your eyes and connect to your breath. Simply notice the sound of your breath entering and exiting through your nostrils. Feel the breath filling and emptying your lungs. Be calm and deliberate in slowing your breath.

inhale……………exhale. Listen for the sound of silence in the room. Allow yourself to be enveloped by that silence. Allow yourself to feel light and free. You feel so light now, as though you could float like a balloon up through the ceiling and into the sky.

As you enjoy this sensation, you become aware of another presence joining you. It is Archangel Jophiel. As she enters your energy, she enhances your serenity and you feel tingly and warm all over. Repeat out loud this intention: Hi Jophiel! I’m honored to meet you! I want to get to know you better. I’d love to learn about your gifts, and how you communicate with me. I’m ready to receive your guidance. Please show me beauty and confidence in all its forms in my life, in a tangible, verifiable way now. I’m so grateful you have made it so!
