- 1/2 lb Mussels (about 10-12), cleaned properly (beards off)
- 8 oz calamari rings
- Lemons, for garnish

- Over medium heat, drizzle olive oil into the skillet. Cook the onion until it’s transparent, then add the bell peppers and garlic.
- Mix in the tomato, bay leaf, paprika, saffron, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes while stirring. Add the white wine and let it cook for 10 minutes. Put salt on it if it tastes bland.
- Throw in some chicken, 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, and rice. Cook for 1 minute.
