This All We Know About Hell’s Kitchen Season 13.

Season 13 of Hell’s Kitchen aired on Fox Network from September 10 to December 17, 2014, with 18 participants.

The winner received a position as head chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Pub & Grill in Caesars Atlantic City.

Gordon Ramsay was the judge this season, Marino Monferrato was the Maître d’, Andi Van Willigan was the red team’s sous chef, and James Avery was the blue team’s sous chef.

On September 10, 2014, Season 13 of the American competitive reality television series Hell’s Kitchen premiered on Fox. The reward was a position as head chef at Caesars Atlantic City’s Gordon Ramsay’s Pub & Grill. Gordon Ramsay has returned as head chef, and sous chefs Andi van Willigan and James Avery have also returned. However, as maitre d’, Jean-Philippe Susilovic did not return, and Marino Monferrato took his place.

La Tasha McCutchen, a kitchen supervisor from Winter Haven, Florida, won the competition.

Aaron Lhamon:

Aaron Lhamon, a Lead Line Cook from Maynard, Massachusetts, was a member of the crew. After nominating himself for elimination owing to his poor performance in the service, he was ousted in Hell’s Kitchen season 13 episode 10 after nominating himself for removal.

After Hell’s Kitchen, Aaron became a traveling chef, working in a variety of kitchens across the United States to broaden his experience. Aaron is now dining at Salem’s Ledger Restaurant.

Ashley Sherman was a Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-based Lead Line Cook. After her terrible performances in the final two services, she was ousted in Hell’s Kitchen season 13 episode 7.

Ashley worked as a cook at ArtsQuest Center after Hell’s Kitchen, before returning to her previous position, ARAMARK Refreshment Services. In both 2016 and 2017, she participated in the charity event Reality Rally.

Brian Santos:

Brian Santos was a Boston, Massachusetts-based sous chef. Due to his deteriorating performances and lack of fight, he was eliminated in Hell’s Kitchen season 13 episode 13.

Brian worked as Executive Chef of Luxury Suites at the TD Garden after Hell’s Kitchen before becoming Executive Chef at Boston University. At Erickson Living, Brian is the Senior Campus Executive Chef. He’s also been on Food Network’s Holiday Bakeoff Championship and Bobby Flay’s Beat Bobby.

Bryant Gallaher:

Bryant Gallaher, a Lead Line Cook from Virginia Beach, Virginia, was a member of the crew. He was the runner-up in season 13 of Hell’s Kitchen.

Bryant went on to participate in Cutthroat Kitchen after Hell’s Kitchen, worked as a Sous Chef at ARAMARK Higher Education, and now runs his own private chef business, providing private chef in-home meals.

Denine Giordano is a model and actress.

Denine Giordano was a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based culinary student. Due to her terrible performance and attitude, she was evicted in Hell’s Kitchen season 13 episode 3.

Denine worked as a Sous Chef at Iovine Brothers Produce and then as the Executive Chef at Mercer Cafè Navy Yard after Hell’s Kitchen.

Fernando Cruz:

Fernando Cruz was a La Quinta, California-based Executive Chef. He was ousted from Hell’s Kitchen season 13 episode 11 owing to his inability to command a kitchen, however, his cooking abilities were lauded.

Fernando worked as Executive Chef at Capella Hotel Group after Hell’s Kitchen, then as Executive Chef and eventually Culinary Director at 1 Hotel South Beach.

Frank Bilotti:

Frank Bilotti was a Staten Island, New York-based Executive Chef. Due to his bad performance during the service, he was removed in Hell’s Kitchen season 13 episode 9.

Following Hell’s Kitchen, Frank works as a private chef and freelance chef for Framboise catering. From 2016 until 2018, he served as Executive Chef at Mr. Ciao NYC. In April 2018, he competed on Food Network’s Chopped season 37.

James JR Robinson:

James JR Robinson was a Washington, D.C.-based private chef. He was eliminated in Hell’s Kitchen season 13 episode 4 owing to his lack of improvement during the competition and the fact that he wasn’t ready to be Head Chef.

JR is a chef educator for Raising Expectations Inc and broadcasts an internet culinary show after Hell’s Kitchen. Kitchen Cray Cafe debuted in 2018 and Kitchen Cray debuted in June 2019, and both have received rave reviews.

Janai Simpson is a model and actress.

Janai Simpson was a LaGrange, Georgia-based Chef de Partie. She was evicted in the second episode of Hell’s Kitchen season 13 owing to her inability to cook risotto and a lack of communication.

Janai moved on to Epic Restaurant after Hell’s Kitchen.

Jennifer Salhoff:

Jennifer Salhoff was a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based private chef. She was evicted in season 13 episode 15 of Hell’s Kitchen, however, Gordon applauded her for her perseverance.

Jennifer worked as Executive Chef at Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar after Hell’s Kitchen before going to the Le Meridien Hotel. She is the Executive Chef at The Sarasota Modern and the owner of Le Mac by Jen, a macaron company.

John Paul JP DeDominicis:

John Paul JP DeDominicis was a Boston, Massachusetts-based kitchen manager. He was eliminated in the first episode of Hell’s Kitchen season 13 owing to his bad performance and refusal to accept responsibility.

JP went on to become Sous Chef at University Club Boston after Hell’s Kitchen and is now Sous Chef at Forge & Vine.

Kalen Morgenstern:

Kalen Morgenstern was a River Oaks, Texas-based sous chef. Due to her terrible performances and refusal to recognize her mistakes, she was ousted in Hell’s Kitchen season 13 episode 5.

Kalen returned to Tillman’s Roadhouse as Chef de Cuisine after Hell’s Kitchen. She launched her restaurant, FW Market + Table, after this closed, but it only lasted a year.

Kalen later worked at Protein Fit Kitchen as the Operating Executive Chef/General Manager and is now a restaurant consultant.

Katie McKeown:

Katie McKeown was a Dallas, Texas-based line cook. She was evicted in Hell’s Kitchen season 13 episode 6 owing to her lack of confidence, but he complimented her cooking skills.

Katie worked at The Turnhouse Grille after Hell’s Kitchen and is now the Head Cocktail Maker at QC Social Lounge, as well as co-founder of The Hang Up, which serves meals and cocktails.

La Tasha McCutchen:

Winter Haven, Florida’s La Tasha McCutchen worked as a kitchen supervisor. Because of her great leadership abilities, cooking expertise, and dedication, La Tasha has been crowned the winner of Hell’s Kitchen Season 13.

La Tasha worked as the head chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Pub & Grill at Caesars Atlantic City for a year after Hell’s Kitchen before becoming a Private Chef. She also hosts pop-up eating events and cooking demos.

Roe DiLeo:

Roe DiLeo is a model and actress.

Roe DiLeo worked as a chef de cuisine in Dallas, Texas. Due to her declining performances in recent shows, she was ousted in Hell’s Kitchen season 13 episode 14, but Gordon acknowledged her hard work.

Roe worked as a chef and general manager at Henry’s Majestic after Hell’s Kitchen before becoming the head chef at Cafe at North Haven Gardens. She worked as a chef at Pints and Quarts, Libertine Bar, and City Tavern later in her career.

Roe is the Executive Chef of Empire Group in Dallas, and she was a contestant on Chopped in 2019.

Sade Dancy:

Sade Dancy is a French actress.

Sade Dancy was a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based Lead Line Cook. Gordon told her she would get a call from his team about working for his company after she was eliminated in Hell’s Kitchen season 13 episode 15.

After Hell’s Kitchen, Sade works as a personal chef at Chez Sadé Catering, which provides catering and food delivery services.

Sterling Wright:

Sterling Wright is a well-known actor.

Sterling Wright was a Nashville, Tennessee-based grill chef. He was evicted in Hell’s Kitchen season 13 episode 12 because he wasn’t ready for the Head Chef position, but he was praised as a fantastic competitor, and Gordon offered him a job.

Sterling did not accept Gordon’s offer after Hell’s Kitchen. Before relocating to The Palisades Restaurant, he worked as a chef at The Slider House. In May 2018, he took part in an HK Takeover.

To give back, Sterling is currently working at a cafeteria at Saint Thomas Midtown. His adoptive mother had a life-saving heart procedure at the hospital, which is also treating his sister’s cancer.

Steve Rosenthal:

Steve Rosenthal is a writer who lives in New York City

Steve Rosenthal was a Detroit, Michigan-based Executive Chef. He quit due to a knee injury in Hell’s Kitchen episode 9, but was commanded by Gordon and informed he could return in a future season.

After Hell’s Kitchen, Steve worked as Executive Chef at Old Ebbitt Grill before transferring to Musselbar and Grill. In May 2019, Steve will take over as Executive Chef at Alexandria’s Tequila and Taco.
