How to Install a Moen Kitchen Faucet?

01. Installing Moen Kitchen Faucet Body

  • Over the flexible supply lines, fit it and then slide it up into the body of the faucet.

Test it over the sink by moving the spray wand in and out of the faucet spout. Ensure that the hose moves easily without hitting anything underneath the sink.

04. Connect the Hot and Cold-Water Supply Lines

  • Use the compression fittings to connect the faucet’s cold and hot supply lines to the shutoff valves on the cold and hot water supply pipes.
  • Onto the shutoff valve, thread the compression nut for every line.
  • Use two pairs of pliers to tighten it- One to tighten the nut and the other to hold the valve’s body. Ensure that the flexible tubes are not kinked and won’t interfere with the spray hose.
  • Check for leaks by opening the shutoff valves to turn on the water back. To ensure that there is no drop coming from anywhere, use the spray hose.
  • For proper operation, check the faucet to confirm that neither there is any leak in the spray hose nor in the flexible tubes.
