The 7′ Commercial Kitchen Wall Canopy Hood and Fan System features a 7′ long exhaust-only wall canopy hood with a front perforated supply plenum, a built-in 3″ back standoff, and a 48″ depth that improves the capture and containment of grease vapors at lower airflow volumes.

The 7′ Hood System includes:
- 430 SS Where Exposed
- 48″ depth provides better capture and containment of cooking vapors at lower airflow volumes.
- 600 degree hood rating – allows use with medium to heavy duty cooking equipment providing ultimate flexibility.
- FILTER – 16″ tall x 16″ wide Kleen-Gard Stainless Steel Baffle Filter with Handles and Bottom Hanging Hook, UL Classified
- Incandescent Light Fixture-High Temp Assembly, Includes Clear Thermal and Shock Resistant Globe (L55 Fixture), Bulbs By Others
- EXHAUST RISER – Factory installed 14″ Diameter x 4″ Height
- SUPPLY RISER – 12″x 24″ Supply Riser with Volume Dampers
- 1/2 Pint Grease Cup New Style, Flanged Slotted
Optional Hood Items: These will be included if you click “Need Help Finding the Right Hood” above.
- Fire Suppression System – Required by law for all hoods. These can be purchased and installed by a local licensed company if not ordered with your hood.
- Utility Cabinet – Cabinet can house pre-wired electrical controls and fire suppression system. Right or left mounted.
- Electrical Prewired Package – LCD interface for easy adjustment and use of lights and fan. Thermostatically controlled with room temperature sensor. Demand Control (DCV) options available.
