What makes Paint Sealer different? A proprietary ingredient called Micro-Lok™. Easy Clean Up
Simply use soap and water directly after the application is completed. Be sure to clean any overspray on glass and decorative metals with a clean damp cloth.

>> Can I use this on an unpainted surface?
No. You will want to use the appropriate sealer for your surface which you can find here.
>> Can I paint over Paint Sealer at a later time?
Yes. You can paint over Paint Sealer but keep in mind it will not protect the new paint from moisture damage. You may want to use Paint Sealer after the surface is painted and fully dry to protect the new layer of paint from moisture damage.

>> How long do I wait after I paint my surface before I can apply Paint Sealer?
You will want to wait 3-4 days after painting before applying Paint Sealer on top.

>> What is the mix ratio for the concentrates?
For the quart concentrate that makes TWO gallons – Dilute 1 part concentrate to 7 parts clean water. Store the remainder in a temperature-controlled environment (meaning do not let freeze or overheat).
For the quart concentrate that makes FIVE gallons – Dilute 1 part concentrate to 19 parts clean water. Store the remainder in a temperature-controlled environment (meaning do not let freeze or overheat).
