You are watching: Glen Helen Amphitheater
- A clear bag policy is in place. Clear bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” or small clutch bags up to 6” x 9” (doesn’t have to be clear) are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry.
- All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print. For more information on mobile entry, click here. Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID.
- All points of sale will only accept credit or debit. All concession stands take Visa / MasterCard / Discover and American Express. All merchandise stands take all major credit cards. Cash to card located at the General Store in Plaza B.
Items ALLOWED to be brought in to the venue:
- Small clutch up to 6” x 9”
- Clear, plastic, or PVC tote bag no larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″
- Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable or external zoom lenses
- Posters 11″ x 17″ or smaller only
- Food – in a clear, 1-gallon Ziplock bag
- Water – up to 1 gallon in a factory-sealed plastic bottle (Not frozen)
- Lotion sunblock
- Hats
- Sealed tampons
- Sealed chapstick
- Vape pens/E-cigarettes (NO refill juice/extra tanks)
- Small towels / small throw blankets
- Low back beach chairs – legs must be no higher than 9inches
Items NOT-ALLOWED to be brought in to the venue include but are not limited to:
- Weapons of any kind (including pepper spray)
- Alcohol
- Illegal drugs/substances
- Glass containers
- Cans and aluminum water containers
- Coolers/Ice chests
- Large or oversized bags/backpacks, such as luggage, duffel bags, or industrial/camping-sized backpacks or anything larger than 12″x12″x6″
- Laser pointers
- Animals (except service animals)
- Fireworks
- Blankets
- Sitting pillows
- Lighters/Matches
- Markers/Pens
- Umbrellas
- Beach balls
- Aerosol cans
- Strollers/Skateboards/Bicycles

Parking Gate 5-11: General Parking
GENERAL PARKING: Every ticket includes general parking. General parking gates typically open 2 hours before the event on day of show.
PREMIER PARKING: A premier spot that will allow for parking closer to the entrance at Glen Helen Amphitheater. Limited number of spaces.
GUARANTEED PARKING: A guaranteed parking spot, right up front – the closest parking you could get with the entrance just a few steps away. Limited spaces available.
LIMO/RV PARKING: Limited number of spaces. No overnight parking.

Ride Sharing
Taxi and UBER drop off and pick up takes place inside the Red Lot at Gate 1 for concerts and inside the Yellow Lot at Gate 6 for most festivals.
Traffic Information
Traffic is controlled by local law enforcement and the venue traffic department. Some events require a third party traffic control company. If there are any major traffic issues that will impact the start of the event, we will post this information on our social media pages and on CMS signs in the area.

Weather
All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather, we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages. An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.
